Strides for Hope
Strides for Hope is a charity marathon training team in which participants raise money to benefit people with cancer at The Wellness Community. Participants receive a comprehensive training program to help them prepare to complete a marathon or half marathon - either walking or running. The Strides for Hope program is designed for both veteran and novice marathoners. Experienced marathoners can improve their performance and first-time marathoners can prepare their minds and bodies to complete a marathon. Remember, marathoners are not made overnight. People become marathoners with intelligent and consistent training.
