Sustaining Donors
Any time after our opening date of May 15, 2007, members of the community will be offered the opportunity to become "Sustaining Donors" of The Wellness Community. You can donate in honor of a loved one, and your loved one’s name will hang on our permanent "Honor Wall". Or, you can donate in your own name.
A minimum donation of $1,000 is required to become a Sustaining Donor. ( Donor levels will be designated by the size of the plaque on the wall. )
Donor Levels:
